Rental questions
The stuff travellers actually ask.
How long can I keep a device?
Powerbanks: up to 7 days before we ask you to return them. Scooters: up to 30 days. After that, the rental auto-converts to our monthly plan ($190 / $1 440) or you can return it and start a new rental.
What if I forget and return it late?
15 minutes grace, no questions asked. After that, $4/hour for powerbanks, $24/hour for scooters — capped at the lost-device flat fee. We email + push 30 min before grace ends so you can pause or return.
Can I pause mid-ride?
Yes. Open the in-rental page (the same link you got after tapping your card) and hit Pause. Clock stops. Resume from the same dock or any other.
What if my card doesn't go through?
Most international cards work, including travel cards (Wise, Revolut, Mercado Pago). If it fails, switch to Apple Pay / Google Pay on the same page. If still stuck — WhatsApp support unlocks it manually in under a minute.
Lost or stolen device?
Tell us via chat or WhatsApp. We deactivate the device, charge the flat lost-device fee on the original card, and that's it. With damage protection, the fee drops 80%.
Can I rent multiple devices on one card?
Yes — up to 4 powerbanks or 2 scooters per card simultaneously. Useful for travelling crews.
